Serve this salad as a side salad or first course, or add grilled chicken to make the best ever Chinese chicken salad!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Hoisin Sauce
1/4 tsp. Soy Sauce
Pinch of pepper
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1.5 tsp. Sesame oil
To make the dressing:
Whisk (or put into a blender) honey, rice wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and pepper. Whisk or blend to combine. Slowly drizzle in the oils until the dressing is thick and creamy.
To Serve:
Mixed baby greens
Mandarin Oranges
Crispy wontons
Sliced red onion
Sliced Almonds
Arrange some mixed greens on a plate with a few mandarin orange segments and some sliced red onion. Drizzle with the dressing, and if you like, top off with some sliced almonds.
